Rooms & Rates
2 Night minimum on Friday and Saturday nights (Mar-Nov). No exceptions.
Reservations made for a Fri or Sat only, (during high season) will be refunded and your reservation will not be confirmed.
Cancellation Policy for Individually Booked Rooms:

Reservation may be cancelled within 48-hours of booking with no penalty.

Within 5 Days of reservation date (5 days or fewer): No refunds will be given for any payment/deposit amount, if the reservation is cancelled within five (5) days of reservation or only partially used.

Between five (5) and Ten (10) days prior to the reservation will result in a gift card (valid from 1-year of cancellation) for future use.

Cancellations made more than ten (10) days prior to the reservation will result in 75% refunded to the original payment (or a gift card for 100% of the booking value, client’s choice).
No exceptions - we suggest trip insurance if you are concerned with the need to cancel last minute.
Full venue buy-outs are subject to a stricter cancellation policy - see you rental agreement for details.
Rental Agreement:
All reservations are subject to Gold River's Rental Agreement and you will be asked to sign and provide cc info for incidentals after booking. To view a copy of our rental agreement, click here.
